Upon receiving your appointment request, call or text, you'll be contacted promptly. Our friendly and accommodating office staff will collect all pertinent information and get you on the schedule. You'll be sent a reminder message the day before your scheduled appointment. The reminder will tell you the photographer that you will be meeting with. Each of our photographers are experienced photographers as well as FAA licensed and insured drone pilots.
Your photographer will show up to your appointment in uniform and will be driving a company-logoed vehicle. We take great care with your clients to make sure they're comfortable, as we know that the process of selling their home can be overwhelming.
Once the photos are ready for delivery, the office will send you an invoice via email which can be paid by clicking the "Pay Now" link where you can remit payment with a credit card or debit card. You can also pay by check onsite, Venmo, Zelle or call in to the office to make a payment by phone - whichever you're comfortable with. Once the payment is complete, your products will be ready for download.
Your photos and/or video will be professionally edited with attention to detail before being released. You can expect delivery within 48 hours for photo sets and within 72 hours for slideshows, videos, 3D iGuide Tours, and Virtual Staging. We offer several expedited delivery options which include: Expedited Same Day Delivery (delivered by midnight) for $50, Next Day Morning (delivered by noon) for $35, and Next Day Evening (delivered by midnight) for $25. Other add-ons we include are MLS Load Up Service for $25 per listing and now, our NEW Marketing Kit for $35!
