Upon receiving your appointment request, call or text, you'll be contacted promptly. Our friendly and accommodating office staff will collect all pertinent information and get you on our schedule. You'll be sent a reminder text the evening before your scheduled appointment.
Your photographer will show up to your appointment in uniform and will be driving a company vehicle.
We take great care with your clients to make sure they're comfortable, as we know that the process of selling their home can be overwhelming.
Once the shoot is complete, the office will send you an invoice via email which can be paid by clicking the "Review and Pay" link. You can also pay by check/credit card onsite or call in to the office to make a payment by phone - whichever you're comfortable with.
Your photos and/or video will be professionally edited with attention to detail before being released. Once our team has carefully reviewed the finished product, your photos and/or video will be delivered. You can expect delivery within 48 hours for photo sets and within 72 hours for slideshows, videos, 3D Matterport Tours, and Virtual Staging. Matterport 2D Floorplans can take 2-3 days. We offer Same Day Photo Delivery for a fee of $25.
Photos will delivered by email via Dropbox link. Videos and slideshows will be delivered via Google Drive link but can also be delivered via Vimeo or YouTube upon request. There are instructions included in all delivery emails, and we are always happy to assist you should you have any trouble.
